The annual Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in Monterey, California, is the place to be if you like premium classic and modern automobiles, which is why Ferrari chose this event to not only reveal but also to deliver its first ever personalized FF model in the States.
The car was designed through Ferrari's new “Tailor-Made” customization program, which was launched at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, for famous British golfer Ian Poulter who received the keys from Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa during a special event with over 300 clients of the Prancing Horse.
Poulter's customization options include a special “Sabbia” triple-layer livery for the exterior of the V12-powered supercar and an interior dressed in black Poltrona Frau leather with tartan highlights (in the same shade as his pants…), which was used for the first time in a car from Maranello.
In addition, he opted to cover the boot in carbon fibre and "high-tech fabric", again, in a black and grey tartan theme.
